Cedar Privacy Fence
Before
Old chain-link fence with sagging posts and overgrown vines along the property line.
After
Replaced 120 linear feet of failing chain-link with a custom cedar dog-ear privacy fence. Posts set 36" deep in concrete for Bay Area wind loads.

Backyard Cedar Deck
Before
Cracked concrete patio with poor drainage and no connection to the back doors.
After
Built a 320 sq ft elevated cedar deck with custom railings and integrated steps. Floats above existing slab on adjustable pedestals.

Renovations
Full Kitchen Renovation
Before
Cramped 80s kitchen with oak laminate cabinets, tile counters, and a load-bearing wall blocking the dining room.
After
Removed load-bearing wall (with engineered LVL header), installed custom cherry cabinetry, quartz counters, and refinished hardwood floors throughout.
